The Happy Box CSA Program

To participate in the Happy Box Program, please follow these steps.

1. Check our Delivery Scheduleto confirm we are able to deliver to your home.  

2. Print, read, and complete the Application form.  If you have trouble printing, please email fultonfarmsorganic@yahoo.com and we will send it to you as a Word attachment.

3. Write a check to Fulton Farms for your registration fee($20) and deposit.  Remember, the registation and deposit are non-refundable.  The deposit amount is different for the different services:  Standard, Locavore small($88), Standard, Locavore regular ($124), Premium, Premium Locavore small($104), Premium, Pemium Locavore regular($144). The deposit amount is not refundable but it is used as payment for your last 4 deliveries. However if the deposit is paid years ago and it doesn't match the actual prices, it will be dedusted of the last monthly bill. In other words, unlike most CSA programs,  you don't have to pay and comit for the whole season, you pay monthly. 4. Premium Service: Please complete Preference Sheet.

5. Contact us with any questions.

After we receive your application and check, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the date of your first delivery.
